Functional design and integrated hygiene
At HALPAQ, hygiene is integrated into the design of every machine. Our bagging, weighing and palletising lines are designed to be washable and functional, ensuring complete access to all surfaces that come into contact with the product. All materials are stainless steel, comply with food standards and are resistant to cleaning agents and corrosion.
Critical components — hoppers, conveyors, dosing devices — can be dismantled without tools, allowing for quick and thorough cleaning. Retention areas are minimised, seals are optimised and interfaces are designed to prevent the accumulation of dust or residues. Powder circuits are protected by sealed passages, limiting cross-contamination and enhancing health and safety.
